A. PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
- Lead, direct, monitor, and assist the team in completing the project
- Understand the existing business process and map out its basic functions
- Make the time plan and budget; required to complete the project
- Setting up a development plan and project progress report
Requirements :
- Age maximum 38 years old
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Information Technology
- Preferably have background as IT Infrastructure , Datacentre
- Strong experience in managed team work
- Have experience in a similar position at least 2 years
- Strong leadership, communication skill & able to work in a team
B. PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Job Description :
- Execute all project related matters such as Budgeting, Planning and Supervising
- Maintaining Daily / Weekly Report of project progress
- Maintaining good communication with clients on jobsite
- Making sure quality of works done is up to standard
Requirements :
- SMK / D3
- At least 2 years working experience in relative field as IT Infrastructure Project Supervisor
- Have a good leadership and willing to work extra hours
- Having knowledge of installation & maintenance ( WAN,LAN, FIBER OPTIC )
- Having Certified Design & Installer cabling product will be an advantage
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills, knowledge of Auto cad preferred but not essential
C. PRE SALES
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team on Proposal and Solutions to Customer
- Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals
- Prepare solution / design proposal, Generate BQ for Quotation
- Supervise Implementation to meets design / solution
- Customers presentations and clarifications.
- Support Sales in tendering and Bidding Process
- Transfer knowledge to Sales
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Informatics/Information Technology Degree
- Min 1year experience in an IT Implementation, Sales or Sales Engineering role of a competitive System Integrator.
- Strong understanding of routers, switches and enterprise LAN & WAN Technoligies
- Knowledge on Storage, Server and Workstation
- Able to work under pressure, very tight time schedule and achievement oriented.
- Having driving license and owned car or motorbike is must (SIM A/C).
- Good interpersonal, presentation skill, good analytical & problem solving skill.
- Ability to work independently
